Based on the information you provide. The estimate relies entirely on the details you enter (square footage). Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information will affect its accuracy.

Condition of the home. Our pricing assumes a home in average condition. Homes that are above-average dirty, heavily cluttered, or that have not been professionally cleaned recently require additional time and labor, which may increase the final price.

Pets. Pet hair, dander, odor, and accidents can add cleaning time and may result in an adjusted price.

Build-up and special conditions. Hard-water deposits, soap scum, grease, mold or mildew, post-construction or renovation dust, multiple levels or stairs, delicate or specialty surfaces, and limited accessibility may all affect the final price.

Services not included in the estimate. Certain services are available at an additional cost and are not reflected in the calculator, including but not limited to the interior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), inside cabinets, walls, blinds, dishwashing).

Service frequency. Rates differ between one-time, initial/deep, and recurring cleanings. The estimate may not reflect the rate that ultimately applies.

Sales tax. Quoted prices include applicable Minnesota sales tax.

In-person walkthrough preferred. We always recommend an in-person (or virtual) walkthrough for the most accurate pricing. We reserve the right to adjust the quote after an inspection or upon arrival at the property.

Right to revise or decline. We reserve the right to modify the estimate, charge for additional time or services, or decline service based on conditions including but not limited to biohazards, excessive soiling, pest infestation, or unsafe environments.

Validity and availability. Estimates are valid for [30] days and are subject to scheduling and availability. Current promotions or discounts may not be reflected.
