  • What if I’m not happy with my cleaning service?
    Give us a call or email and we’ll return the next day to make it right…still not happy, you’ll get your money back!
  • What should I do to prepare my house for the cleaners?
    We would appreciate it if any clutter (shoes, toys, personal belongings) was placed in their proper environment, so we can clean effectively and efficiently.
  • How can I pay you?
    We accept cash, check, Paypal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express)
  • Who will be cleaning my house?
    A team of professionals trained by a Simply Impeccable Cleaning Training Manager. Our staff has had background checks conducted upon hiring. They will not eat, drink or smoke in or around your house.
  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    No, we provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer a specific brand or kind of cleaner, please let us know and we can discuss and implement before your cleaning.
  • How much will this cost?
    Prior to your initial cleaning, one of our Training Manager’s will do an on-site assessment and provide you with a quote. There are many factors taken into consideration – floor plan, square footage and what kind of services you’re requesting.
  • Will my price vary from visit to visit?
    On the initial deep clean, you will be charged more because of the time and detail we invest. After the initial visit, your costs will not vary.
  • How do I schedule my cleaning?
    There are two ways: 1. You can check our calendar online to schedule your visits; they are based on availability. 2. You can email us to request your cleaning days/times. We will give preference to repeat customers.
  • Do I need to be home when you are cleaning?
    That is up to you. Most of our customers prefer not to be home. We are either given a key and/or code to enter the property.
  • What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
    If you are home during cleaning, we ask you to watch over them so we can clean effectively and efficiently. If you are not home, we ask you to secure them for safety
  • Will I always have the same professionals cleaning my house?
    We prefer to keep the same teams on the same houses, but at times that may vary due to vacations, sick days and weather.
  • What happens if something breaks?
    Our office will notify you the same day. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
